I say again, it never looked good in any game. Not even Rainbow Six. The only games that ever did lasers (first person mostly) right are Half-Life 1 and Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. And I could see the dot just fine.

I'm talking about the laser sight duder...on the magnum/Desert Eagle. Wall lasers you kind of have to make visible for players to not cry foul in a game where variable spectrum vision-modes are non-existent. Tau Cannon was also not a laser, it was a gauss gun (see also coil gun).

Magnum is Half-Life. Desert Eagle is Op-For. Both have laser sights. Neither has a scope (contrary to everything that says the magnum has a scope). And now we are off topic. Bottom line: laser sights on guns in-game look retarded with visible beams. k? k.Quote:

The laser isn't going, so you can stop debating. I edited the elite shield so its more "skintight" and tried something new with the brutes. I doubt you'll like the new brute shields, but we'll show them in the next broadcast.
=D
Brute shields as they were would actually look fine in motion. Still screens make it look retarded though. Honestly, Elite shields look the same with a fixed-function card.
Well personally I like laser sights how they are in rainbow six. Its a matter of opinion though. And give me a bell if I am on Masterz when you broadcast :)
I dont see anything wrong with the laser sight myself,, although, its probably more a visual thing than an actual aiming aid (correct me if Im wrong), but tbh, half the time, when Im playing, and actively engaged in splashing florescent covie blood all over the map, I dont go 'zomogosh! those skins suxorz soo much! CMT is such epic failurz for letting crappy work into their maps!!!' Just give me somthing to shoot guys! When I have time to look at the handy work, hopefully itll look better than bungies anyhow :D
