I don't care what anyone says, I FUCKING loved 2142. Especially the guns. They were ORGASMIC.

Yeah, 2142 was a lot of fun. Was such a change of pace. And they had the Mech game mechanic pretty much figured out.

Fuck a 2143 expansion. 2142 needs a complete and unfucked remake in Frostbite 2.5.

I mentioned the following in my post on that stupid Battlefieldo article that says that 2142 would be great in BF3 as an expansion:

i read somewhere that they were going to add that secondary comma rose to bf3.

what i really want to see is a bad company 3.
no prone
no flashlights/laser pointers
no screen fade in on spawn/revive
longer kill times (because this 25 damage per shot business screams cod to me. i love that it takes 6 or 7 shots to kill in bc2. fundamental game changer imo.)
bring back the tracer dart
bring back the drill. fuck this blowtorch shit. i wanna drill some skulls open.
bring back the awesome defibrillator. seriously, i hate bf3's. *silent push*. "beep."
somewhat (only somewhat) smaller maps, because laguna presa is fucking awesome.
bring back the goofy overtones. when i get revived by that medic, i wanna hear something like "oh shit, you wern't lookin too good back there" in his unique accent. like, no shit. i got shot 47 times then blown up by a rocket. it makes me chuckle every time. "IM GETTING MY SHIT PUSHED IN OVER HERE" is about as close as bf3 got to that (but being revived not counting as a death was a pretty awesome improvement.)

bring back the FUCKING XM8. i dont care if its practical IRL or not. the xm8 is iconic to bad company like the assault rifle is iconic to halo.

but dice, for the love of christ, no magnum ammo. please. fuck.
