Pretty cool how he did that, but I thought I already saw a finger-mounted mouse in the Guinness Book that did something similar; moving the mouse whenever your thumb passed over it.
So pro. What little of MW3's multiplayer I played before trading it in for Halo Anniversary it wasn't that bad.
It would be hard to be worse than MW2.
