I just bought it on itunes, I love it. I always through the other Halo's had a few good tracks, but were largely forgetable. Looking forward to his work in the rest of the games. Also 117 is awesome.
I dunno, I thought there were only a few gems in this one and most of them were only gems at a certain point in the piece. Davidge ain't no Bear McCreary...
I mean he doesn't replace Marty, but he did some damn good work on this game.
Also, just in case anyone is interested, IGN's review is out, and they loved the shit out of it, 9.8/10

You get to drive a fucking PELICAN... thats all I will say.
who cares, we've been driving pelicans for over 10 years.
Its just nice to see the Pelican be a usable vehicle in the campaign, which it hasn't ever been before.
So I have this app on my phone that lets me download books for free. Usually they're amateur attempts at writing, but every once and awhile you come across legitimate novels. For example, I already have Spinoza's "Improvement of Understanding", a few poems by William Blake, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "Adventures of Sherlock Holmes", and "The Divine Comedy." On a whim I decided to look up some Halo books and I found "Ghosts of Onyx" and "Glasslands." I am a very happy Sanctus. I'm gonna search for "Fall of Reach" later. :-3

It is IGN, mind you, but a pretty good review. I can't wait to play this myself though, which will probably be during the Holidays sadly.
Also, favorite parts during the review were at 6:35 and 6:41. Fucking great. ^_^
