Battlefield Tri-hard

Suppressor should actually both make shots slower AND deal less damage with distance faster than non-suppressed.

Heavy Barrels should reduce recoil, no? Last I checked, more weight = less felt recoil.

Why did they tweak Buck and Flechette? Those were fine...FRAG needs nerfing.

I didn't see an issue with mortars setting up in the spawn area; you can either mortar them right back or go commando and kill them before the kill timer gets you. This is a stupid change.

Why the fuck does the AEK have more recoil than the AK-74M? The AEK-917 is the one with the recoil reduction system...

AKS74U should fire WAY faster and have crappier accuracy to compensate.

FAMAS has 30 rounds these days, the French went full STANAG awhile ago. Get with it, DICE.



Goddamn, why is BF3 so derpy? Other than what's been listed, though, mostly good changes. We'll see if they make it to console.

I approve of most of it, and I'm with freelancer on a lot of his points as well. I'm going to enjoy the increased accuracy and ROF on the M1014, I will REALLY enjoy it. >: D

When I first read that I thought they were talking about suppressors, you know, for guns. I was mad.

Then I remembered that DICE decided it would be cool to have weapon supressors and a supression system. Two totally different things mind you!!

So that's what teh flash suppressor is good for now. When I first read the ingame description of it, I was scratching my head thinking why anyone would ever use this over the full on suppressor if it reduced aimed accuracy. Now I can reduce the verticle climb of the SCAR-H, awesome.

Yeah, flash suppressor has a use now. Will probably use more than the suppressor now. The hip-fire penalty is silly though, a flash suppressor hardly weighs anything at all.

Not true. I kill those people all of the time; all you have to do is set up your own mortar at some point just outside of your own spawn (sometimes not even that far up) and hit him back. Or, you can go up to the bridge and pop him with your rifle.

It's really not that bad. What's worse are the jack-asses who whore the M320 and FRAG rounds in automatic shotguns. That is infuriating.

I got the M240B last night in a game on Grand Bazaar. There was a point where I was spraying the amber tunnel near C, and like 7-9 people just ran in front of my stream of bullets. Was rather funny.

Dude, sit in the side passage near A with any MG and just hold the trigger. People place spawn beacons (and just spawn there normally, too) there in the green room across the alley and you can easily rack up between 8 and 12 kills, more if you have a buddy to watch your back.
