Probably specific to CE, as the current (public) CE->PC converter doesn't convert a few bitmaps, like the cursor and arrows for instance. The only things that need to be done is to get a BSP UVW'd, and get a camera track set up (and other placement of scenery if necessary). Camera tracks really aren't that difficult, I can probably set one up and write up the script pretty quickly, I've done it before (Though it was leaked before I could finish the model).

I realize that it's pretty easy to setup (I've made several horrible ones myself, check halomaps), it's just getting it looking nice; having the points spaced evenly so you don't get different rates of speed all the time. Slowing down in certain points of interest as well.
