I still recomend a railgun, if the thing is anti air and you dont want it being used for anti infantry a railgun is the way to go, have a look at the railgun on the side of Metal Gear Rex in the MGS series.

iirc, that railgun was for delivering nukes stealthily, not taking on any aircraft or anything.

Railgun is too powerful tbh, would only take one shot, there would be no point in flying aircraft when that power is around.

From what I can read, he wants it basically the size of a mounted pod or chain gun.
