They would never use bump maps with incorrect height information.
They are not bump maps, they are just how the engines sharers are set up to render. The channels are in a different from than that of a typical tangent space normal map.

Can you get me the ACTUAL RGB normal map then heh. I've been filtering them back to normals in photoshop.
