Well Halo keys can be bought for less than $9, whereas 3DS Max and Photoshop cost $3500USD and $700 respectively. Although, if you're a university student, you can get free access to Autodesk products like 3DS MAX and Maya. That's what I did to get them.

Although I'm very open to projects which will only make the playing community flower as a whole, I will hold-off until I've released a system which is actually able to support the current playing community. Let's talk on Xfire and see what you exactly had in mind.
