dude, that nearly happened to me the other day- i shot the barrels and the cone that whizzed by nearly took my head off. And now i see that it actually happened to someone... brilliant.

Turns out, Bungie is rewarding this guy the Recon armour permutation for "suffering the most humiliating traffic accident ever"
