No. You gotta use the same paths for the shaders under h2v as you did under CE, like johnny said...and you don't need the shader prefix.
The gbx model upgrader can not create shaders. With some help maybe you can though m-562. Kidding. If you can not figure out to create a proper shader i'd do some searches for threads talking about shaders or find a tutorial and if that does not help start up a thread, thats what forums are all about.
Basicly what you need is a proper and correctly named shaders and you also need to put them in the right directory, thats it.
