Err no... I have DirectX 9.0c and it works perfectly...or is Vista's DirectX different?
One of vista main(and only) selling point IS that it uses more advanced versions of DirectX. Thus allowing one to play Halo II
Does anyone else have the troubles with Halo Combat Evolved when they turn on console and yelo battery?
Okay, I downloaded the plugin, put all the stuff in the right places, and downloaded the runtimes. But, it still won't work. It says I need a file that's called d3dx9-33.dll, and says to reinstall the application before it can work. But, I've tried that, so I don't know what to do. Any ideas?
Edit: Nevermind, I got it.
I'll get bb to check this damn thread, that lazy bum!
Hey guys, I found a way to make Yelo work with Computers with intel Chips, but it all comes with its pros and cons. To do it, you have to play halo, or halo CE in Safe Mode. The Pros, You can use Yelo. The Cons, You can't talk, see other people talk, or use the remote console.
Uh hmm if you play in safe mode, you should still be able to talk and see other people talk (I don't know about console though).
I found the Rcon DOES work, but as far as i know, talking still doesen't. I don't really mind, i just can't tell when people are talking crap about me ;)
Hey, my friend asked me, does this work with the cracked editions of halo ce? Cause when he tried to load this with cracked ce, he couldn't get it to work.
No. We don't care about cracked versions.
Though I'll drop something small for you...Works on v1.07 ONLY
