Yeah. I'm pretty sure CoD has double EXP weekends at least once a month. Still I pre-ordered months before the game released and I still haven't unlocked all the guns and vehicle abilities, so it's a nice gesture. I've seen a lot of new players with the recent discounts on the game, too, so this helps get them up to speed without having to buy the unlock packs.Quote:

Not totally related, but EA just put Crysis 2 back on Steam in the form of a Maximum Edition (basically, they won't release any more DLC so there's no more "conflict with Valve's policies")
Thus, I think we might see BF3 on Steam (and possibly origin-free) at least sometime in the future. Possibly when they start on BF4 or BC3.

Yeah. TDM is a good amount of fun. It's a great way to level up your guns quickly, too. Everyone has to admit that CoD is fun for a little while at least, but that's not what I'd cal TDM.
