I still stand by the fact that there needs to be something added for people level 130.. even if it's just a prestige or something. I've lost most of my will to keep playing the game because the only thing I have to work towards is commendations.. I mean, I love halo and I do play occasionally, but its just weird playing now not working towards a goal of some sort other than having fun. I know that sounds stupid considering fun should be the primary goal, but meh. I've been playing a ton of BF3 lately and starting to like it a bit better. :/
Some of the music is pretty memorable. Requiem's introduction was amazing.
But, for example, the cave level? Where there ought to be something amazing playing because you're in a giant cave in the middle of a gigantic forerunner planet? Yeah. I only heard one or two notes the entire time. The asthetics are just all over the place.
DO YOU REMEMBER??
Broken Bill Gates
Dear god, this is how they do it. They get us used to playing for levels and unlocks, then they introduce microtransactions to either extend them or offer a shortcut...stop while you're ahead dude.

And seeing as how all the forerunner stuff looks like Tron stuff, except silver instead of black....
The story is also pretty much the same as in Tron: Legacy as well. Get sent to self-contained world. Kill mooks. Wake up bad-guy. Bad-guy re-purposes programs to invade outside world and has access to a giant ship meant for said conversion and invasion. Must stop badguy.
I liked Bungie's Forerunner look better. It had more of a solid, "how the fuck can this be anything other than a box" look to it. More cryptic and ethereal.
Yeah I still say that Halo 3 had the best Forerunner aesthetics.
