If you're planning on seriously getting into this game and sticking with it for a while, premium is worth it. I kind of want it just for close quarters and the weapons that come with it. If you're just going to play it every now and then until BF4 comes out, don't bother.
A lot of the DLC was worth it, CQ I'm still meh with, but End Game and Armored Kill are awesome, despite some balance issues I still have with AK Rush.
Also i figured out what my problem was. When i launch the game from origin, it loads the web browser. What i didn't realize, was that it was defaulting to my XBOX profile so I couldnt find the match browser or anything. Thankfully I was able to change this so I have the server browser now.
I started out using my AEK but then switched to my M60 and M417 when everyone started dicking around with theirs. Needless to say I think I kicked ass...
