you have DX10 on XP?
also, you have AMD cpu on a Dell computer- I thought dell was exclusively Intel.
You can download and install DX 10 for XP, it just doesn't work in games or anything.
Dell used to sell their pc's with amd in them, and im pretty sure it wont be long until a fully working dx10 comes to xp.

The problem is the Windows knife doesn't close - it's always open to all of those tools.
