Lol, I'm way behind, but yeah, here's a way ot:
lol I spelled it TEAkwondo. lol. oops.
Yes, my organization receives that exact criticism a lot, so let me clarify: when you first join, it is a family sport, what they teach. So yes, I agree with you that the 1st degree black belt doesn't mean nearly as much as what it does in other organizations. Seriously though, most people drop out after getting their black belt (which is lame and gives our black belts a bad name), and the real martial arts starts after that. I do believe that the 2nd degree means a lot more because of this, probably as high as black belt in many other organizations. 3rd degree black belt takes a minimum of 7 years to reach, and while some still laugh at that and say I still haven't got mine after 12 years, 3rd degree black belt is still a respectable position. It was not easy to get, and they did not just "sell me" a black belt. I'll let you be the judge of my skill or lack thereof if you will come and see for yourself, but I won't let anyone tell me that after 9 years of martial arts I don't know jack shit about technique just because it only took me a measly 7 years to acquire that rank.
Sorry, I know that wasn't directed directly at me, but I know the implications, and I have way too many people tell me I'm not a martial artist.
Mucking around making heaps of holopanels. Trying to find the best ones for my map.

You know, Dano, I've been wanting for a really long time to make some sort of user interface, be it a webpage or flash app or standalone application, that uses the forerunner holopanel style. It would be just a proof of concept and nothing more, with no functionality except flashy goodness. If I ever actually do something like that, I wonder if you'd like to perhaps design some layout stuffs? Could be fun.
Lol, but it's under my ever growing category of "projects I'd love to do but never will."
