No.
EVE Online is space.
Dust 514 is groundside operations.
That's the trailer for the latest expansion to EVE Online (Dominion) which for whatever reason is in this thread. (Maybe they're adding the Dust interfaces in?)
[EDIT] Also, Supercarriers wut? I thought they nixed those changes?

Here's a step-by-step guide for you if you can't work out how:
- Create a spare email address, or use an email which doesn't have an eve account tied to it.
- Create a spare Steamaccount, or use one which doesn't have an eve account tied to it.
- Using the Account Management page on Eve's site, send a buddy invite to your spare email address.
- Set up an account using the buddy link you just received from yourself.
- Buy Eve Online from Steam for $5
- Start to install Eve via steam. As part of the install process, you'll be sent to a webpage where you can choose to make a new account or activate an existing one.
- Choose to activate an existing account and input your buddy account username/password.
- Send Jellymasterer isk ingame.
You can then stop the steam download and delete the install files if you've already got an Eve client installed somewhere.
If you've not got an eve account and want 51 days gametime for $5, you can make a trial account via steam and activate that. Alternatively, you can PM me your email address, I'll send you a buddy code, then tell me your ingame name and I'll send you some monies! (like 50 mill or something so that you can pimp out your rookie ship GOD DAMN I AM SO KIND)

Pretty sure it works anyway?? My alts were both made via buddy-program-steam-deals and I got the free time. On the second alt I had to petition it to get the time added though.
