Make the main_logo.jpg link to " http://www.modacity.net/forums/index.php " instead of " http://www.modacity.net/index.php "

Also, the news listings on the homepage still won't stay collapsed when you collapse them and then refresh. Unless you are intending for it to be this way now, I for one would like to see it revert to the old style.
