Was reading a Let's Play of Silent Hunter III and someone posted this song when the inevitable came and the boat went on eternal patrol with all hands. Even in the context of being posted in a thread about a game it's enough to bring me to tears, appropriate day for it I suppose.

The level of The Composer was simply pure Halo gameplay and the music fit it all too well.

Now I realize a lot of these are covers, but I'm a huge fan of when someone is able to cover a song with their own spin on it to the extent that the song becomes even better than the original. For the first few, these are piano covers of electric/dubstep songs:
