I like how it implies that it's perfectly okay to have children run, climb, and stand on shopping carts if a parent is watching. Especially since the target audience of this little memo is the parents who have crazy children. Kids aren't going to read it and be like "Oh guys guys... we need to stop running and climbing on these shopping carts because Mom isn't here."
