I've seen many things. I've seen plenty of fucked-up banner ads in my journeys across the internet. Some have been advertising the services of "Toylet", a toy import site whose name makes me wonder if the owners fully thought out their name choice. Some have been advertising the services of J-List, whose attempts to entice customers have ranged from hilariously vague promises of "Touhou Products" (Actually, as of right now all I've seen for a while are ads that simply say "Touhou", which really takes vagueness to a whole new level... Touhou what?) to the mildly disturbing "Tactical Combat Hentai Game".
I thought that once these ads hit the level of "Super Hentai Game With Futanari!" the ceiling of strangeness had been reached.
Today I was proven wrong.

2. Why would anyone ever be willing to buy any form of "canned bread" over the internet, much less "anime canned bread"?
3. Even if you did somehow feel a need to have imported canned bread, what separates "anime" canned bread from normal canned bread?
4. The phrase "Anime Magazine w/ Free Stuff" may have usurped "Touhou Products" (not just plain old "Touhou" though) as the most vague item I've ever seen in an advertisement. More unsettling is the fact that "magazine" has no plural 's', while "cast off figures" does. Why is it inconsistent? Where did the other 's' go?
5. "Dolphin Polisher".
Who wrote this ad? Was it designed by committee? WHY am I wondering why "anime canned bread" or "dolphin polishers" are popular enough to be placed on an ad like this? What IS THIS.
