Both guys were fine (one behind the bus, you can see his feet), so it's pretty funny! They were demonstrating assault tactics and this little mishap happened, both guys walked away with nothing but bruises iirc.
What is happening in that image? Why did the truck explode?
Looks to be planned explosive entry.
the flexible pole was obviously a planned entry. probably a pressure sensitive explosive that detonates on impact, channeling the detonation into the bus, either for entry or to subdue everyone.
