Thats exactly correct, if its not personal to you then it will probably not bother you.
If it is, then it probably will, depending on how empathetic you are.

It makes me miss my dog so much... she was my best friend when I was younger, and when she was gone I just felt a massive hole in my life that as of yet has not been filled. :(

Didn't watch the video, maybe later. Went through this with my dog couple years ago, she was the same age as my, had 'er my whole life.
