And the only reason I would get GTA4 for PC is for the modding. For example, I'd replace one of the car models/collision (in the cheats) with that of a ramp, that way if you spawn it while driving, you get some massive air, anywhere you want to. (someone please do this.)

Heathen has an X4 CPU (I'm assuming he meant "X4" because it currently says "X$" as of this post), so he's covered in the CPU department, which is where specs make or break GTA IV playability. His graphics card should handle it on minimum settings.
