UVW mapping? - Vegetarians beware!

Looks amazing, I think it should have some giant exploding tumors, you should have a secret teleporter that takes you into a secret room in the head of the map. Or one that has you end up in a toilet on a secret "island" a very smelly brown island. :)

I am buildng my first map completely from scratch, and of course I need to apply different mapping to various sections of the BSP. Problem is, I can apply the textures ok, but the UVW affects all of the areas, not just the faces selected?

The main wall bitmap is ok.
