Found these posted on halo.bungie.org, apparently from a cancelled Halo project, perhaps the Halo MMO they were working on before getting shut down.

I've always imagined what a forerunner city would look like around when halo 3 came out the environments and vista's became unimaginable. Now that I can actually see it.. it takes my breath away. Forerunner architecture and design is my favorite thing about Halo, and one of the coolest Sci-Fi things I've seen.
