Anyone can get 4 kills with a spartan laser, especially if there is like 2 seconds in between the kills.
Anyone can chuck a grenade and kill a passer-by
Anyone can kill someone with 2 consecutive shots of a sniper.

They got the guy who voiced the joker in the Toonami batman. I think it ran late 90's up until 2003 or something like that. I always liked him best because he had the most INSANE laugh. Game looks epic.
