They could easily be Canadian, Italian, French, or any other light-skinned nationality. It's irrelevant.
The creator of the image has derived satisfaction from knowing that as soon as someone views this image, they will attempt to interpret its deeper meaning. In truth, there is none. The two people featured are clearly happy, enjoying themselves, and the message that one can take from this is that we too can be happy if we just think less. We're taught to search out answers to things that perplex us, whereas these two individuals have no such initiative. They're laughing at your attempts to unravel their mysteries, and will forever remain frozen in a state of bliss, whilst countless others ponder the meaning of existence behind two digital drawings.
