Cerebrum is a stat tracking program in development for Halo CE. It is a server side service. It has its own stickied thread.
Edit: Cerebrum would sound like something Wolf would be interested in, considering he is the one who did most of the work for stat tracking in Halo 2 and Halo 3 if I remember right.

After listening to it I kinda lean towards Cerebrum.
I mean they mentioned CMT with it's first spv1
It would make sense, I mean Korn does know bungie well (If I recall that special trip he won.)
