It helps if you draw out perspective lines before working on a separate layer. Something which I never see you do and is why you have fucked up perspective.

your perspective is off as is your lighting. You're casting shadows like local light, rather than sunlight, which, for outdoors, is wrong as hell. take a look at how shadows are cast in sunlight and your work will be a lot more convincing.
Kay, time to go raid reapers thread.
So I am doing a tutorial/ contest at concept.org that is a week long.
I want to shoot to win so I am going all out on this one.
Basically we're supposed to create demons from the ninth circle of hell, so I decided to create an epic mood to go with them.
I will post my process here and in the end will compile them all into a large tutorial on things such as composition, placement, and other bullshit I have no idea about.

Eyes are crooked too, the left one (from our perspective) is too low.
Ok will move that up.

Edit- need to make hips wider.
And I hope that scribbly section is not the entire length of his legs...much too short.
Face is still the weakest point so far. The angling of everything just seems flat. I believe that less of the right eye should be visible and the bridge of the nose shout come further forward...I don't know how to describe it exactly. Just take a good look at it and you should see what I mean.
Also, I'm not sure what kind of lighting you're using or what direction it's coming from, but there seems to be some contradicting shadows in the neck area compared to the rest of the body.
