But that happens after the events of Halo Wars, so she'd still be around.

Maybe not, I doubt they'd seal off a good amount of Spartans like that forever.

They wouldn't if they could, but they have no control over the Dyson Sphere.

Who's the "they"? If by "they" you mean the author, I think he can think up some crazy solution to get them out of there. If by "they" you mean characters in the story, then yeah they're fucked.

The main characters? Dr. Halsey explained that once the Dyson Sphere shut it could never be re-opened.

Well, we'll see what happens...hopefully. I have a feeling he won't let them stay stuck there.

Probably will, they might all just go insane for being confined and kill each other...
