Yeah, plus there are the exceptions to freedom of speech:
Defamation- Jews constantly steal your money.
Causing panic- Jews are going to destroy you if you don't rise above them.
Fighting words- We need to kill the Jewish race.
Incitement to crime- Stomp their heads in.
Sedition- Establish a fascist state.
Obscenity- kykes.
Now, these are all establishments of the court system none of them are rock solid law, but it wasn't until the 80's or so that the NSM was actually allowed to hold events after winning their court case. My point being that you can't take for granted these people's right to do this.
Oh, and I make no claim of objectivity in my regards for Nazis, really.
There's still a difference between "giving a speech" and "inciting a riot." You'll get pulled down if you're doing more than just talking.
