Got custom maps working in multiplayer with the ingame editor.
First make a map in the ingame editor, with a start and exit. Setup some objectives.
Now close the client.
Look under X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\alien swarm\swarm\maps
You'll see some files called Output with some extensions.
Feel free to rename all those to something else thats not Output so you don't overwrite your masterpiece later. (Editor only saves maps as Output)
Now start up an online game.
Then open the console and type map Whatever
The map should load, have friends join you and enjoy the pain you are about to beset unto them.
Note: Everyone needs the SDK installed for this to work.
Reload bar is too fucking small.
If you're not pr0 enough to do the fast reload just let it complete automatically it'll be faster than a missed fast one :eng101:Quote:

Yeah that and they spend more time drawing penises on the map then they do killing.... Playing with friends is def. the way to go.
join the club, i went to get the manifest for the second objective and asked the guy to cover my back while i hack, hes busy punching away trying to get the eat down achievement, and meanwhile im being hammered by swarms because the faggot is running around doing NOTHINGQuote:

It only plays during the "intense" battles, like on the elevator and such.
