Hahahaha thats fuckin hilarious! Its to bad they never put someone who has actually used a computer on there support team

I never have any issues.

Then again I immediately tell them that I am a "power user" and would like to be "elevated" to Tier 2 support. Tier 2 EA guys usually know what's going on. If they don't they CAN elevate you to a Tier 3 system, but you have to wait for them to email you a chat link and it usually takes a week for them to get back to you.

I had to wait for Tier 3 when my BF Modern Combat vetran status wasn't updating properly.
