Seitokai no Ichizon is terrible, terrible shit. Do not recommend. It's like a really bad Lucky Star: The jokes are stale, the references are too direct, and they somehow managed to have /less/ of a plot than Lucky Star.

I liked the artsyness of it, honestly.
Yeah, the art was beautiful. The concept was amazing... but ugh... they executed it so poorly. My main issue with it lies in the writing and characters. That part was pretty flawed.
I suppose I agree to some extent. I really liked the ending and backstory of the whole deal. Was kinda short too... and the english dub was better than the japanese version.

Seirei no Moribito (Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit) is a really good anime. Adult Swim is almost done airing the entire series, so dvd should be out by mid-december (if not already). There isn't a whole lot of spectacular fighting or action, but when there is it's amazing.
Or you can just get your hands on Anime-Kraze's excellent fansub relase that's floating around on the internet.
