How did you do that depth thing? Is that CS3?
Delux's mini tutorial about how to the "depth thing" (©Dano)
I'll be explaining the basics of my method.
First of all I use a letter that I made. I'll go with a fancy K. Of course, if your lazy you can use one of the font that's floating arround in the web.

I named the layer "K up" and colored it in a red color.
Now duplicate this layer and name it "K down". Recolore it to black.

Now use the "manual transformation" - I'm not sure if that's how it say in the english version of photoshop - on the "K down" layer or just Ctrl+T reduce, move up or down, transform the letter as you want to. Now add a layer between "K down" and "K up", name it "Depth".
As for me, I'll go with a simple reduction of the size and moved it to the right side.

Here's the fun part, reduce the opasity of "K up" to something like 85%. Now click on the "depth" layer, and use the "polygonal lasso" tool. Do selection between the both K like in my pic, and put some black color. :)

Now do that for every where it should.

Let's add some relief to this. Merge the both layers "K down" and "Depth". Re-name it "Depth". Re-colore it (Ctrl+u) to something like a dark red. Add two layers under "K up", name them "black" and "white", make the both in overlay mode. And just play with the brush , with the black and white colors and low density to make the shadows and the others stuffs...
