Thanks. I like that one better than the other red-dot because I personally wouldn't want a scope that big on a SMG as you're usually close combat with it. Though whatever you do with it will be ok and cool cause you guys are putting the time in for these mods.

yes. It'd be pointless. Besides, other is ugly.

Scope is stupid, what new guy posted is cool, just with a ammo indicator of some sort inbuilt into the glass like a screen, just in the corner, not necessarily numbers rather a simple bar loader.

It all comes down to looks, there's no zoom or scoping capabilities. The specop SMG, is just like the regular except it has slower rate of fire and slightly less spread, and it's going to stay that way, regardless of which attachment is applied.

So let's get this straight. Neither SMGs have zooming capabilities? The attachments are purely for looks besides the laser pointer which would replace the need for iron sights gameplay wise?

That is an ACOG sight. The one that he posted had a tad bit of magnification but not really enough to be significant. It's still a red dot sight. ACOG sights recharge in sunlight and usually have crosshairs in the sighting lense, not a red dot.

I agree and vote for Markopolo's choice. That red dot reflex sight looks best. The style from COD4. An Eotech sight might be most suitable, though.

I love the Eotech, especially in COD4. But it still seems a little too big for a SMG.

Basically. Wait, how about using a red dot reflex sight model with the Eotech reticle pattern or projected "image" to compensate for the spread. Wait, if there is no aim down the sight function that last part about the spread matters not.
