It was a fully custom map based off of E3 2004 and various other reference trailers, and the H2CE team was comprised of such CE luminaries as:

• NiTrOuSoXiDe
• Mrs. Doublefire
• ZexGX
• Kornman
• Supreme Taco
• Rec0
• NeuroKoNeza
• Lightning

And maybe KiLLa and one or two others. I just know that the eight people I listed were definitely on the team.
