What I meant by converter is a program the turns the BSP into a .obj file, so it could be worked with. You know, like the one we have right now for Halo 1. <_<

That kind of thing already exist for halo 2 xbox. It's called Entity. :)

I have a copy of Entity, wasn't quite sure how to use it. Guess it was an earlier version.

Use the ftp applet on the upload page, The directory structures have changed because people could put the correct file in the correct directory. The upload pages take care of that. There are both HTTP (Flash) and FTP (java) upload tools.

I'm still waiting for an update on what zteam is doing...
