He's not using one to say there are several kornmans. He's using it as a pronoun just like He or She. "Example : How would one find this place?" It's used here as a replacement for "a person" or "someone."

I didn't take any short clips of us playing Lockout so it would take a while to upload (thinking about finding a better codec to use before I do so though so the files are so fucking huge). Not sure if I recorded Sunday night's massacre with 3 other people on Lockout, it was cool though...
