on harder difficulties i stick to my good ol needler, mb a shotty and lots of nades-candy.

I like the AR/pistol or SMG/pistol. Don't like the BR a whole lot because of the grenade launcher. I like to soften my target up with a good ole' frag.:lol:

by soften up you mean completely obliterate?:highfive:

most of the time on the MP maps i have a brg and a MA5C, or a C with pistol/spiker

I tend to stay away from the BRG. I hate the Battle Rifle in Halo PC because none of them (except the H2CE one) feel right. All of them are lack-luster, the sounds are horrible, and the view and recoil animations are just, bad.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It just doesn't have that feel like in Halo 2.

I like using the needler and plasma pistol. Nothing like killing grunts with the plasma pistol and killing hunters with the needler.

i also like the assault rifle and plasma rifle combo

I hope we start with the MA5C or MA5K and a pistol on most of the levels.

From the looks of the first pic, I think we might start off with a MA5K carbine. But it is either the carbine or the AR.

The MA5K and M7 would make the most sense for the Pillar of Autumn, the level being a confined space with many close-quarters battles. It would be even better if you started off the next level with the MA5K for consistency (since you jut came off of the ship, and it is unlikely that you magically receiver an MA5C). Maybe have an MA5C lying on the ground from one of the Marines.

Also, do the MA5C and MA5K utilize the same ammunition (if they appear on the same map together)?
