Ok, I've heard that so many many times, from a literal standpoint, yes, the anime are really similar. The feeling and message they give off, however, is entirely different, and imo, that's all that really matters.

Damn, I gotta say, that comparison makes it hard to deny, but thats what those things do to you when you see them next to each other.
