I didn't believe it when I first saw it, who knew the Max Payne 2 engine was so heavily moddable?

hoyl shit
AND THE SHOTGUN RELOADS LIKE IT DOES IN MARATHON. HOLY GOD I'D PLAY THIS AND NEVER STOP
It's funny but I think it's actually the base shotgun reload animation for MP2, though I'm not sure. I haven't played more than five minutes of it
Oh Jesus, I need to change my pants now.
I've always thought that Marathon seriously needed an overhaul. While I don't doubt the story is good, I just can't seem to follow it as well as I can games today (ones that actually have a story). The game flow always felt odd in that I'm aimlessly wandering around accessing terminals or wandering into teleporters until the level ends.
This looks promising.
Marathon 1 was the shit imo, 2 I didn't like so much. It seemed to have many more narrow hallways and mazes, and didn't have a soundtrack :( Dual shotties were awesome though
Man..someone doesn't have lives.
ANd muki...havent checked the other thread...but glad you decided to stay...
HOLY PENIS :awesome:
There goes another pair of pants.
While they seem to just be making identical level design (and that overshoulder camera is really awkward), which makes me skeptical, it's... Well... Awesome.
Dude, that was an awesome vid. I just wish the crewman weren't your enemies. :P
I think that was a multiplayer match.
Looks wicked. Finally, an incentive to play Max Payne 2 again. Max Payne games were really good (the first one popularized Bullet Time) but didn't have much replay value, even with mods.
