Expanding the Halo CE community

This is not an advertisement, I'm looking for feedback and suggestions.

I'm the owner of HaloDemo.net, a wiki for all things related to Halo Demo modding. The site is created for the community at MacGamingMods.com, which would be like the community at HaloMaps.org.

Is there already a wiki for Halo CE modding, and if not, would you use this wiki if we expanded to include Halo CE and Halo Full modding like Halo Demo modding now? I've added a sidebar to get things started, but if this already exists somewhere else, I'll remove it. Only a few people at MGM think it might work, but we really don't know, so whatever you guys think will determine whether it remains.

Hey there. We already have a Halo Wiki but trust me..the game is so old it's hardly worth it. :-3

if you really want to expand the community, get off demo.

It is designed to be basically the technical expanded documentation of CE. Pretty much everything not in the stock HEK.

err I think he's trying to say that his website is for Demo, but he's trying to expand it to CE as well, to expand knowledge and other things among that, and try to get maybe the demo people into ce.

He wants to add in documentation on our wiki about modding the Halo Demo and Halo PC in addition to Halo CE, which frankly, I don't see why not. It's not like CE is the future or anything, we should hit all areas of Blam.

so far best statement in this thread. please move onto CE, the retail only costs now $10 at a local gamestop. while its good to expand on the blam engine, i dont want to see the millions of bloodgulch mods that the trial has on this site :|

offtopic, if halomaps is down in the registration department, does that mean we'll be getting an influx of halomap kiddies?

It hasn't been too bad so far.

Also, don't stop at CE. Get your resources on Source/UE, quicklylike!
