Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
OK, so I have this FTP server with 1.2TB of free storage space. I want to put some of that space to use somehow, and that storage is in a drive-failure protected RAID array. Here's the deal, if you have something Halo CE related that you're working on or simply want to backup for posterity... Then you're free to upload it here. The only restrictions are that you cannot delete or append anything on this FTP. That means if you want to upload an updated version of something, you will need to name it something different.
You have the ability to make your own directories and such but there's really no privacy involved. If you want something to be private, archive it using WinRAR (or whatever) and password the archive.
FTP Address: lancersedge.dyndns.org
Port: 21
Username: CEBackup
Password: 69qwerty420wasd42
Enjoy!

GIVE HIM THE TAGS!
In all seriousness, it's really nice for you to do this for us. I got some stuff this weekend I'll probably want to back up to there.
Re: Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
WHER CAN I DL RAR PSWD CRACKER!!!!!!!!!!!!1
And this should go without saying, but if you need to retreive something you just grab it from the FTP. If the FTP goes offline (ever), then you can just message me and I'll get the shit sorted out.

Re: Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
Good idea, just put the installer, 1.09 patch, and HEK installer on there.
Re: Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
Uploading a copy of the Precipice tag folder. Good to have for posterity, though who knows if there's stuff referenced from outside that folder. Better than nothing.
Re: Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
Someone appears to have dropped a Delta Halo UI in there.
:golfclap:

Re: Backup Your Custom Edition Stuff (FTP)
If you copy/paste that into a Windows Explorer address bar it'll work for both read and write. Just clicking it in your browser will result in read only though.
