Ok i installed the update, and now i got on, but its not letting me join any party's and its not letting me make my own

There are two...
One is a title update, for Halo 2
and the other is a LIVE service update...
Yeah i already have that, and i just tried to reinstall it, and its still doing it

Just need the December 2007 Update.
Installed the OCT 07 Oct 2007 and H2V Update 1.

There was a LIVE Update on Dec, it wasn't a game update.
