Gathering exeption data!

I get this problem on CE only, PC works just fine. I can get to the menu but when I try to join a game it'll say map loading then throw me back to desktop with gathering exception data. I'm not using any mods or what have you, it's just a clean install. I've attempted to reinstall the entire game as well.

Also have never had this problem then it randomly comes about. Thanks in advance.
