By craft reclaimed and refined, they mean that they disabled the feature that let you craft a refined metal into 3 reclaimed metals, and a reclaimed metal into 3 scrap metals. That would have been abused.Quote:

So there's a 3-second window of opportunity for sapping/destroying after killing the Engineer, provided it's under control.
I wonder what the field of vision is on The Wrangler, and how fast it turns. I also wonder how far away you can be from the Sentry while still using it. It sounds like a great trade-off for selective spy-checks and high-value-target focusing, at the cost of having an exposed backside.
I guess it also requires you to leave your sentry temporarily vulnerable when switching out to reload it, unless you form a system of having two Sentries and two Engineers, one controlling his Sentry, while the other manages the ammo for both. You can still do that, right? Reload a team-mate's Sentry? Or was that just upgrading them?
The wrangler is a cool idea but I do not like the huge health bonus to the sentry. That's going to be a pain in the ass.
it distracts the engineer and immobilizes the sentry for 3 seconds while the engineer is controlling it. It will also cause sentries to burn through ammo much faster. A solo engineer will be very vulnerable to spy attacks, methinks. However all other means of destroying the sentry will be much less effective.
But spamming rockets is the best strategy for killing sentries!

my best guess, lincoln never died, and he is still the existing pyro. They built a not dieing machine the day he was killed, but in this image, they have a rig that flipped him away from danger and away from boothe. This would explain why the pyro has a tank on his back, or even why his suit is so big.
Regardless, I want a top hat with a gun hidden in it.
Also, almost positively a mobile sentry.

Did anyone else see that DrunkenF00l (creator of tf2items.net) had gotten a golden wrench? He was number 58, but apparently only because a member of Valve leaked the drop TIMES to him. The golden wrench drops are NOT random. They picked out the times of the drops in advance. DF made an external program that crafted at a faster rate the minute of the wrench's drop.
He's been VAC banned, apparently, with no chance of getting his account back. Stupid bastard.

I was coming to post an image of the movable sentries but someone beat me to it. As it turns out, I am now posting to agree with ICEE. Battle Engie never got enough credit and valve is trying to get the class to move around more. Changing the engie changes the game a lot but I think valve is doing a good thing by making them a more mobile class. Valve hates turtling.

Sometimes when I play engie, i'll leave my sentry at level 1 so its not as much of an investment. Then I'll support it with my shotgun, and when someone takes it down, I just put it up in another spot. Its nice to keep people guessing. Really though, this only works with gametypes such as CTF or KOTH, where you can pretty much guess where people are going to go and when.Quote:
