the animations that i have messed up,or the seat is messed up,but here it is...

Fix your weapons/alchemy_lazer-umt/alchemy_lazer tag? Delete all the blank instances and such and make sure you're linking to the right kind of tags in all the other fields.

but ive always have had that error and the weapon never caused sapien to shut down,but it shuts down right when i add my four-seated vehicle named noobercoaster

You're referencing an invalid bitmap index somewhere.

He said it works when he makes it scenery so Its not bitmaps.

it could be a material effect that has a missing bitmap. so when he creates it as a vehicle it crashes but as a scenery it doesn't.

Also check HUDs, general effects, anything thast uses bitmaps ref'd by said vehicle.

Try to use every bitmap seperately and try to see which one causes the error? I dunno really.

Doesn't matter. If it's not there, it causes an exception and that's what's shutting down the app.

I animated it and helped him set up animation tag.
and I don't think he added material effects or anything else to it. Just model, collision and animations.

You said that the exception doesn't occur if used as scenery, right? Then, it's safe to say that the missing bitmap isn't in the gbxmodel's shaders. As stated, check anything else that would contain a bitmap that is referenced directly or indirectly by your vehicle.
To cut right to the chase, besides the model itself, did you make anything else custom to go with it? I.E. unit_hud_interface, particle systems, an attached weapon, etc. That error means that a tag is referencing a bitmap sequence index that doesn't exist in a bitmap tag; an out-of-bounds error.
Did you copy over an existing tag to use with your vehicle as a template, and re-reference some bitmaps in that tag?
